1. Contact us about a tour advertised on our Tour Calendar page or for a tailormade tour, and we will confirm availability.

2. Complete and submit a booking enquiry form selected from the two below.

3. By submitting our booking forms, you will need to have agreed to our Terms and Conditions (attached here). 

4. To confirm your booking a ZAR2000 tour deposit is required (this is approximately USD110 /GBP100), payable by credit card. The balance is due by bank transfer, approximately 120-150 days before the tour when we email you an invoice for the balance.
